How to request a refund

  2. Write "refund" in the subject line. You do not need to explain why.
  3. We confirm within one business day and issue the refund immediately.

When the money arrives

We release the refund as soon as we confirm it. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time — usually 5 to 10 business days — to show it on your statement.

What happens to your access

Your licence ends when the refund is issued, and we ask that you delete your copy of the file.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A direct refund is faster than a chargeback and we will not argue with you about it.
